The Natal Power Boats team won the coveted Top Suzuki Marine Dealer award 2021 at the dealer conference event in Johannesburg.
The Awards Function was hosted under the title of “Unity is Strength”. Using this theme, dealers and the team at Suzuki Auto South Africa discussed ways in which they could further improve on Suzuki’s high levels of customer service and sales support, which helped make it South Africa’s top-selling 4-stroke brand for the last few years.
“When we reach record sales and hit a big milestone like selling more than 1000 units, people often look at the brand first. But in reality, these achievements are made up of thousands of individual interactions between a dealer, a salesperson, a workshop manager and a customer. That is why we put effort into our Dealer Conference and Awards Function as it gives recognition to the daily hard work of our 38 dealers in South and Southern Africa,” says Tanja Maes, Marine Manager of Suzuki Auto South Africa.
Before announcing the top award, Suzuki Auto South Africa identified its best-performing dealers even at the high average standards set by all dealers.

Thanks to our dedicated dealer network, Suzuki Outboards has been the top selling four stroke outboard motor brand for the past couple of years.

A Lifetime Achievement Award was awarded to Errol our Marine Technical Manager who will be retiring this year after more than 40 years of dedication to the Suzuki brand.
